Die Küchenzeile wird erneuert , eine Wand zur Treppe verlaengert plus ein 1 m langer Raumteiler vor die Küche zum Wohnraum hin eingebaut und die Böden und Baeder mit neuen Fliesen ausgestattet. Das Obergeschoss bleibt im Originalplan.
The main entrance will be canceled for englarging the Guestroom (plus 3 m2). The entrance will be at the terrace side. The kitchenboards will be renewed, a wall to the stairromm will be enlarged plus ther will be a room divider of 1 m in front of the kitchen to the living area.
